Why am I requiring that you buy the extra dongle? Lucis Pro 6 is protected by a dongle, a hardware key that is inserted into a USB port. (The dongle is like a small memory stick.) Lucis Pro 6 will not run unless the dongle is installed. Since typically the shipping expense will be high, all sales of Lucis Pro 6 outside of the US and Canada require the purchase of a second dongle. Having the extra dongle means that if one dongle is lost or broken you will still have the use of Lucis Pro 6. Please note that having a second dongle is not a license for a second person to use Lucis Pro 6.
Sales outside of the US and Canada are complicated because I only sell shipped software. Shipping costs are expensive and credit card sales internationally can be problematic. So in order to sell Lucis Pro 6 outside of the United States and Canada I have created the following manual process. This process is the only way to acquire Lucis Pro 6.
I apologize that I am not able to offer you credit card sales via the online store. This is a one-woman company (plus software development and other consultants that I manage), so I ask for your understanding.
To order Lucis Pro 6 please send an e-mail to sales@lucispro.com with the following information:
1) Your full contact information (name, phone number, shipping address, and e-mail address).
2) Whether or not this is a LucisArt 3 upgrade order (meaning that you already own LucisArt 3 ED or LucisArt 3 ED/SE). As noted in the pricing at the top of this page, you will save $170 US off the price of Lucis Pro 6 if you already own LucisArt 3 ED and you will save $250 US off the price of Lucis Pro 6 if you already own LucisArt 3 ED/SE. These are the same savings as the Upgrade sales to the US and Canada. Please note that LucisArt 3 Upgrade orders to customers outside of the US and Canada will be allowed until July 31, 2010. The availability of upgrades may or may not be extended beyond July 31, 2010.
3) How many copies of Lucis Pro you want to purchase.
4) A coupon code if you have one. Coupons are not not applicable for upgrade orders.
5) Whether or not you own LucisArt 2.
6) Whether you intend to pay by check or wire transfer.
Within 5 business days of receiving your e-mail I will e-mail you a quote (a pdf file) valid for 30 days. If you do not receive a quote from me within two business days please e-mail me again. I receive a lot of spam and periodically an e-mail to me can get lost.
All payments must be made in US dollars. All payments must be made in full and in advance.
Payment by check: Please print and sign the quote and return it plus a check in US dollars to the address on the quote. When I receive your signed quote and check I will deposit the check and send you an e-mail. Within 1-2 business days of the check clearing I will ship your software via UPS and e-mail you the tracking information.
Payment by wire transfer: If you wish to pay by wire transfer there is a $35 wire transfer fee (this is what the bank charges me). Instructions for the wire transfer will be on the quote. Please print and sign the quote. You can fax or mail the signed quote to ICT. The address and fax number will be on the quote. Within 1-2 business days of the funds having been deposited and the signed quote received I will ship your software via UPS and e-mail you the tracking information.
Please note:
As with all Lucis Pro 6 sales you have 30 days to return your copy of Lucis Pro 6. There is no restocking fee if the software and dongle are returned in excellent condition. However 1) you must pay for the return shipping and customs charges and 2) you will not be refunded the cost of shipping Lucis Pro 6 out to you.
All technical support for International sales will be in English and by e-mail only. Therefore customers must be able to communicate effectively in English, or have access to someone who can translate for them. ICT is not responsible for communication difficulties. One of the reasons I waited this long to sell software Internationally is that I wanted find and fix any Lucis Pro 6 bugs. While there is no absolute guarantee that Lucis is now 100% bug-free, no bugs have been found since March 2009.
Lucis Pro 6 Software will not be posted for download at any time. This means that if you break or lose your Lucis Pro DVD I have to ship you a new one at your expense, plus a charge of $20 US for the DVD and order processing. So please duplicate the Lucis Pro 6 DVD when you first receive your software.
If for any reason ICT cannot exchange e-mails with you (such as e-mail to you are blocked) then ICT will not sell software to you as my consultants and I have to be able to communicate with you easily.
Please verify that your computer meets the Lucis Pro 6 minimum computer requirements:
