Transmission Electron Microscopy
Example 1
This is a 16-bit grayscale transmission electron microscope negative of a cat retina. It is severely underexposed, but with Lucis processing the details of the cell (membranes, nucleus, and nucleus) can be recovered and displayed as a reversed image.
The Lucis Pro UI is shown with any altered controls highlighted in red.
